After my overwhelmed post, I was dreding tonight.  I downed water and other drinks that are known to be duretic...like diet green tea, etc. 


After I got there and weighed in....I was so happy....a 0.6 loss!!!!!  I will definitly take it!!!!!  That's 19.6....only 0.4 to get to 20!  Yea me!!!!

Deffinately take it!!! Any loss is a great loss...rejoice in it! I weigh in tomorrow...so we'll see if I'm rejoicing with you...lol!
