OK...it wasn't pretty! I went in, all excited because I'd been so good all week...and I gained a pound!
My leader said not to get upset, that being sick could throw things off and also I'd had a big loss last week and my body might be taking a rest . Well...I've got news for my body...EVERYBODY WAKE UP...LET'S GET A MOVE ON!!!! I'm NOT doing this again next week!
So, I'm going to walk every day this week, drink my water, write down every morsel that goes into my mouth, count my points fanatically and stay on program!
That keychain is MINE....and I WANT IT!!!
