1 medium mango(es), cubed (make sure it is very ripe) 2 cup watermelon, seedless, cubed 1 cup ice cube(s) 1 cup fat-free skim milk 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 lime(s), cut into 4 rings or wedges
Instructions
1. Process all ingredients, except lime wedges, in a blender until smooth. 2. Pour into four glasses and garnish with lime wedges. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
