sandwiches | Put a spin on the typical burger and fries by pairing the fries with meatloaf. Preheat the oven to 350°F, shape the turkey mixture into a loaf and bake until cooked through, about 45 minutes. Let it stand 10 minutes before slicing.

2 large potato(es), cut into thin strips
2 large egg white(s)
3/4 Tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp table salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper, (optional)
1 pound lean ground turkey
1/2 medium onion(s), red, chopped
1 large egg(s), beaten
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1 medium garlic clove(s), minced
1/2 tsp ground tarragon
1/2 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 medium hard roll(s), high-fiber, 2 oz each

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat a nonstick baking sheet and broiler rack with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, egg whites, cumin, salt, chili powder and pepper; toss to coat. Transfer to baking sheet.
3. Bake until potatoes are barely tender, about 15 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, in a large bowl lightly combine turkey, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, tarragon, salt and pepper. Form into 4 burgers.
5. Increase oven temperature to broil. Broil fries until crispy, about 10 minutes. At the same time, broil burgers until brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
6. Place on rolls and serve immediately.
