beverages | To get a jump start on busy mornings, refrigerate these smoothie ingredients in a blender pitcher the night before. All you have to do in the morning is blend them!


4 oz soft tofu, or silken tofu
1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
1 cups strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions


1. Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.
