Made for church function. It was a hit! Everyone raved about the look. Not a piece left over.

I made this for Easter and was unable to find crushed pineapple. I had to use chunk pineapple instead so I tried to crush it slightly in the blender. I knew not to pulverize it and make it soupy but it still didn't turn out. It was too runny. I tried adding more pudding mix to absorb the juice but no go. Next time I will use crushed pineapple and drain some of the juice. Very tasty though despite the fact that it was too runny to work. We ate it in a bowl with extra berries and everyone loved it.
