Hi! I havn't forgotten you all...just been crazy busy. I have to get back on program, the pounds are creeping up on me! Been good today...but I had to cancel my WW monthly pass...just can't afford it right now. You all will keep me honest though! Here's my menu for today. OK...I SO did NOT keep to the program today, but I stayed almost within my points....didn't get my required veggies and fruits or oil...I'll do better tomorrow.

Lunch
