Well, I weighed this morning....dreded it...but did it.  I had lost!!!!  Yea!!!  0.6!!!  Like I said, not huge, but a loss.  I guess all the work helped balance out the food, plus when we were with my family over the weekend, we took a nice walk after lunch across the ped. bridge in Chattanooga.  I guess that helped some!
