06/02/07 - Weigh-in


Well, I gained!  Either 1.6 or 2.4!  I am not sure due to the fact the women who weigh's me in only write's the weight without the extra numbers after the decimals!  I need to remember to say something next week about that!  This week I used the most of my WPA's and I had the highest number of Activity Points ever!  So whether it is muscling building or what I don't know. 

Start of a new week~~Oh - I am off to walk in a 5k this morning! :)

Hope it's ok that I share my weigh in results in your thread. I figured since we both weigh in on Saturday ....

I also gained this week. I almost wasn't going to post because I feel bad, but since you did, I thought I'd follow suit.

This morning I weighed in at 156.6 which is a gain of +0.8.

I also started exercising again the other day ... I've got the sore muscles to prove it! LOL

Ladies, don't feel bad. I didn't even go to weigh in this morning...I'm sure I gained back the 4 lbs that I lost last week. I let my emotions run away with me, and unfortunately they only know how to run to the fridge! furious.gif

But, let's put on our big girl panties and deal with these gains. We can and will reach our goals...we have eachother to pull eachother through! I'm so very grateful for you all...let's have a great week.

And Meridith, good for you for the 5K! I admire your dedication and stamina, and it might very well be muscle gain you're measuring. Hang in there...we can do this!

I am going to post about the 5k in the Excersise thread!

I was a terrible person this weekend and ate what I wanted but woke up this morning, did my pilates and am planning my food intake for the day! I now need to stay within my points everyday this week or work out like crazy to get some Activity points!

We can do this!!!

Yeah, I'd say muscle has some to do with it. but remember...the more muscle....the more calories burned....even while sleeping! So keep up the good work!

One good thing about all of us gaining....at least we are all in the same boat right now and can really encourage each other! biggrin.gif

I totally blew it last week with Boys State being here. And we are kinda going through some things right now which (like you Coe) I tend not to be good when it comes to eating. But it is a new day!

I even snacked a bit more last evening then I planned on. Hopefully the same doesn't happen tonight. Luckily I have alot of house work to do!!
