I am trying to not get too excited.  As it has been 10 days since my last weigh-in and I switched from evenings to mornings.  I LOST SEVEN POUNDS!!!!!!  But again next week will be the true tale! Everyone have a great week! :)

Thank you very much! I am thinking it was alot to loose so I am awaiting next Saturday's results to see! It felt (feels) great though!

Things are getting better as of yesterday around lunch time and I started to excercise this morning again - which makes me very very happy!
