Hi everyone. Well...confession time here. I gained this week, but hey...at least I went to meeting!

Now, I got to go to my old meeting (Wed mornings with my favorite leader in the world, Jan! ) It was soooooooo good to see everyone and they were glad to see me too! That made me feel great! I told Jan that I had gained weight but that technically I'd lost...I'd lost a 200 lb husband since the last time I was there. She thought that was funny!
I am back on track and to be honest, I've lost since I weighed in at the body wrap salon on Saturday...weighed 244 then. So, the program is working. I just need to put on my big girl panties and deal with it!

Chelle, I'm on vacation this week! I hope to go again in July when I'm on vacation. I missed them sooooo much, especially Jan. I walked out of there more motivated than I've been in months! I am going to start going to regular meetings again, starting on Saturday! I need the motivation, BIG TIME!
