Monday Menu


It is a rainy day here, in upstate New York.  Makes it really difficult to get out of bed.  I did not do my Pilates or Walk this morning as I have been sleeping really poorly this weekend.  I need to get back on track tomorrow morning! I would do it tonight but I have school!

Here is what I am eating today.  I saved a couple of points for an after school snack while I am watching a bit of TV before heading off to bed!
