Easter Brunch

So I am a bit nervous about going to brunch on Sunday with my family.  It will be the first time we go to this place for brunch so I have no idea what the have, it is an all you can eat buffet.  Any suggestions?
Thank you guys so much for all your kind words and help!

Do they have a website you can check out? Maybe you can go ahead of time and get a menu that you can look over and have your decision made before you even go.

  • Try to remember your portion sizes.
  • Don't make yourself feel deprived. If you want something, take it, but maybe just a bite or two.
  • Drink a big glass of water before you go, then you won't feel as hungry and things may not look quite as good.
  • Remember to get your fruits and veggies in.
  • Don't forget you've got 35 weekly allowance points too!

I know I'm not a good one to give advice right now! LOL I KNOW all the right choices to make, I just have been choosing not to make them! I hope you can do better! : )

Let us know how you do.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! The other thing I heard today was wear tight clothing! I thought that was a great idea too!

It has always been easier for me to give my advise but I could never take my own advise!

We can all do this. :)

Oh, that's a good one! But not too tight so you're uncomfortable before you even go! LOL

Yes, we can do this, can't we? How can we fail with all this encouragement?!

As long as we stay honest with ourselves and our 'partners in crime' .... er ... I mean WW buddies! LOL

Yes we all can do this!

I made the Zero-Point Soup this week and it is awesome. I have frozen it in its portion size so I figure I will have one of those before we leave to head over along with a big glass of water!
