Hello There!

Hello All!

My name is Meredith and I live in Upstate NY.  I am 28 years old and I started weight watchers yesterday.  I was checking out this site before I started and the recipes look amazing!  I can't wait to get cooking!  It is a bit daunting at first but I think I will be able to get the hang of it!  I used Atkins about 3 or 4 years ago where I lost about 80 pounds.  I started it again about 8 weeks ago and I lost nothing!  I figured after being off of it, my body needed to actually learn how to eat - meaning eat the right stuff (as I sit here eating a small apple as part of my breakfast!)  Hopefully WW's will teach me!

Quick Question - where do I find one of those weight trackers that some, if not all, of you have in your signature?

Meredith

Hi Meredith!

Welcome! It's nice to meet you

I know you'll really like it here and the WW program. I've only been on it since February, but it's great and pretty easy to follow.

Coe has done an awesome job with this site. She is very knowledgeable (sp?) and helpful!
'Chelle, her co-mod is a wonderful person too! You've come to the right place for recipes, encouragement, etc!

As to the weight trackers -- go to www.tickerfactory.com -- that's where most of us use ours. (I think you can click on mine and it will take you right to the site).

Again, welcome to the Skinny Cook! I hope we'll get to see 'less' of you and often!

Cassi
