I gained 1.0 lb.

I knew I had gained and almost didn't go to meeting. But I'm glad I did because I hadn't gained as much as I had thought *whew*

Meeting this week was about Feeding your Feelings. Do all meetings have the same topic each week?

I believe they do from what Coe and I have seen over the last year.
