Spinach salad with ff italian dressing = 0 pts
LC french bread pepperoni pizza = 6 pts

Used = 6 pts    Left = 14 pts

Snacks:

Dinner:
LC Lasagna = 6 pts
Salad with light olive oil dressing = 1 pt
2 slice garlic toast made with light bread = 1 pt
100 cal cupcake pack = 2 pt
