Good for you Mel!

At the first meeting, you get to weigh in. And they'll give you the book and points finder and then you sit in on a meeting. Every week the leader talks about something different. And you get to participate (if you want-they don't push you to talk). You'll hear about people's accomplishments that week, maybe some struggles, hints, suggestions, etc. And you can ask questions!

Be sure to show up about 1/2 hour before the meeting so you can register, pay and weigh in. Also they usually have a bunch of products for sale - like snacks, cookbooks, the WW magazine, food scale (I LOVE mine), pedometer, etc.

Then plan on staying about 1/2 hour after the meeting. That's when your leader will go over the program with all the new members, more in-depth.

I'm sooo excited for you! Don't be nervous. I think you'll really like it!

Big hugs girl! I'm proud of you for taking this first step! Be sure to let us know how it goes

Don't be nervous! Be proud of yourself for making the decision to join! Walk in proudly and feeling in control! Remember that everyone goes through the same battles at time.

When I first joined, I walked in to a room full of strangers, yes I was a bit nervous. But it was a great feeling just taking the step to walk through the door. I was proud...you will be, too.

I'm rejoining soon and can't wait to get back to a meeting!

When I first joined ww I was so nervous. But after the first meeting I couldn't wait to go back again.  Every week I go I learn something new. From new products out there to new recipes to all different things. If you ever have a bad week and you don't want to go because you think may have have a gain, don't think like that . That is when you need to go and get all the support from all the new friends you will meet there. I reached goal in Dec and became life time in Jan and I still go every week and even though I don't have to weigh in every week I do. I need to do it for me to help me stay on track. We all have our ups and downs and going to the meetings helps us through the downs or nsometime we can help someone else through theirs.
Think positive ... you can do it.
