Nonie - I know you're disappointed because it wasn't more, BUT I am soooo proud of you!!! You have really been careful and watchful and most importantly, you've stuck with it! By us losing 'only' 2+ pounds this week tells me that we've been eating pretty well all along and there wasn't a whole lot of adjusting our bodies had to do -- so that's good!!! Slow and steady wins the race and we're gonna win this race and it's an easier one 'cuz we're doin' it together!!! Also, by going slow, it makes it easier for us to adjust and make it a lifestyle rather than dropping everything we love to lose weight faster -- that'll just make it harder to stick to it and not re-gain the weight back.
Be proud ... be VERY proud of yourself!!! I am very proud of you!!!
Here's something to think on that Coe posted to me -- Think of 9 sticks of butter ... got that mental image??? THAT'S what you've removed from your body this past week!!!
Keep it up babe and start moving more ... you're doing awesome!!!
LilMs...remember...if you want to increase your weight loss then increase your exercisel..that will really kickstart your metabolism to start burning more "butter"...lol.
Keep up the great work honey...I'm so proud of you! Love you, Coe

Like your mom said, slow and steady wins the race. Those that take it off slower tend not to gain back as easy. Plus 1-2 lbs a week is what most recommend. You are doing good! Be very proud of yourself!!! We are!!!
