Cassi's Menu: 1/24 to 1/30/07


I thought I'd do things a little differently now that I'm a real bonafide WW member now! LOL Since I weigh in on Tuesday nights, I thought I'd do my menus for the week starting with Wednesday ... I was going to edit my posts in my other menu thread, but for some reason it won't let me edit my own posts I don't have any options in my reply box ... hmmm ... can't center anything, my smilies go in the wrong place ... can't change font or size ... hmmm ... I wonder what's going on with activeboard?! Whateva it is, I don't like it!

ANYWAY! LOL Here starts my new week.

Ok now ... PUSH AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER!

I need to go move ... got to earn some activity points for that popcorn this afternoon. Why do you think? Maybe if I RAN for 3 hours that might get me about 1/2 the activity points?!?! LOL

Yep! I figured it out and I was pretty close. I would need to have 3.33 hours of HIGH intensity activity to get 26 activity points!!! LOL
