These nutrition's may vary. We assume that a cup of popcorn always holds the same number of kernels. In fact, it doesn't. Sometimes the kernels are fluffy, so fewer fit in a cup. Other times, when your protion comes from the bottom of the bin. For example, the kernels are packed more closely, and more fit into a cup. So these numbers aren't prefect.Wonder why movie popcorn has more calories than microwave popcorn? The theaters use coconut oil or partially hydrogenated canola or sunflower oil to pop their popcorn, Their butter is not butter, it's butter flavor oils.
